Bircher muesli

Ingredients

All to be sourced organic where possible

  • 100g Alara organic rich muesli
  • 120ml Pip Organic cold pressed cloudy apple juice
  • 1 Apple, coarsely grated
  • 100g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp organic Greek yoghurt

Method

1. Mix together the muesli and grated apple.

2. Stir in the apple juice and chill in the fridge for several hours or overnight.

3. Transfer the apple-soaked muesli into two bowls and top with Greek yoghurt, some additional grated apple and garnish with some blueberries.

4. Enjoy at once or keep in the fridge for up to two days!
