Recipe by


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Gently melt the butter and honey in a small pot. Add the remaining ingredients and give it a good stir with a spoon, ensuring everything is covered in the honey and butter mixture.

3. Ladle into a parchment paper-lined baking dish. It should be approx 2cm high.

4. Place into the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Once golden brown, let it cool on the stove before cutting into slices.
